LIMITED TIME ONLY Together Hope Happens T-Shirt supports our 2025 Run, Walk, and Roll 5k Fundraiser. All proceeds go toward the ministries of Hope Family Care. 

Our 2025 theme is "Together Hope Happens"

Our theme this year reflects the truth that when believers unite in Christ, His love and power work through us to bring light into the world. As we walk together we are able to share with each other the comfort that God gives each of us. A community that is focused on the hope we have in Christ,\ brings the light that this world needs.
